This is a big thank you to Chantell from South Coast premium properties. My mom intusted her with her properties while she was very ill. We have had some up and downs with tenants. Chantell always kept me and my mother up to date with everything that was happening. I could phone her for everything. She handled everything from my mom's insurance claims to maintenance on the property. I don't know what we would have done if we didn't have Chantell. My mom's properties has now been sold and even during the sale I could ask her anything she even went out of her way to go to the house planing to pick up our house plan make a copy at post net take it back to house planning and then deliver it to the attorney. Didnt even charge me a cent. She is amazing.
