The owners are not aware of support dogs and the Equality Rights Act and did not allow access to me and my support dog, cause “it didn’t look like a support dog”, which is a direct violation of the law. They raised their voices and were insolent. Furthermore when informing them of the law, they hung up on my advocate and myself. Atrocious.
