Customer services is really poor and need to get fixed. Most of the worker's don't know how to serve customer and its all about favourism, which mean if u don't have a friend inside there working you don't get through on time.

Santa Cruz KFC have the worst customer services out of all the KFC across the board. They don't know how to deal with customer in a professional manner. If u don't have a friend work there won't get your services on the right time.This need to get rid of, it need to stop completely.
