No plastic bag policy i understand, but employees being lazy i do not understand. As a customer who shops and spends a lot of money with this retailer and get zero service at checkout with this no plastic bag garbage is terrible. If i have to pay for the plastic bag and unload the items on to the counter for the cashier to check them and not even make an effort to bag the grocery is just pure garbage. These employees have been trained improperly to the point where no plastic means no service. No plastic policy over the years have translated to I do not bag groceries anymore!. The plastic policy is a joke.
