New Watson Doors Industry Limited - Customer Care/ Safety

The Company has zero customer care and poor safety standard. I placed an order for doors that were not readily available. After waiting for three weeks for doors to be produced, I was informed by one of the company's customer attendants by name Sophia that my doors were ready and should come pick them the next day. The very I was to pick my doors I chatted the woman that I was coming to to pick my order. She asked if I was coming with a vehicle, I answered in affirmative. That was at about 11.00am. On getting there with two of my friends with intention to purchase doors, I was told that there were so many trucks to load that we should come tomorrow. While trying to insist that my truck should be loaded since I was informed to co.e that day to pick my doors, I noticed workers operating dangerous equipment without safety gears. People walking and operating machines with birth room slippers without hand globes, earplugs, in fact zero safety culture.
