Buffet Stubica - A wonderful little lover's restaurant!

A wonderful, little lover's restaurant! Owner Valter (actually with “V”!) and his employee Ivana are passionate hosts. And they cook with all their heart! To do this, they use fresh local products as much as possible - which are always of great quality. Especially fish and seafood: the sea finally splashes within sight of the restaurant. In the kitchen everything is prepared traditionally “like at Muddi”. However, “Muddi’s Kitchen” often falls short of the standard of today’s star-rated cuisine: The fish stock is still made here, simmering in the old fashioned way for several hours. In order to create real flavor explosions on the palate in the sauces at the end! Or the homemade pasta: your dough is only kneaded together after you order it - so it comes to the table ultra-fresh. Best together with “scampis” - the small Croatian ones, of course, not the usual ones from Pakistan & Co. And and and… Heartfelt cuisine in every detail. Accordingly, you should always trust Valter's daily recommendations - because he simply knows best what is really going on. But if you really want something different - please. I, at least, have returned here several times over the course of three years - and each time I was deeply pleased with the food, drink. and hospitality!
