★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Elyzza Tours & Adventures Outfitters - Be very cautious

I have done 10 hikes and day trips with Elyzza tours. There have been several negative incidents that I faced but chose to see the good rather than the bad and kept giving them chance after chance to see improvements, however the last incident for me was my last straw. In July as we were going for a hike in Namanga a client who had been following us on a motor bike was left and she was in Imaara Daima mall yet we were at City Cabanas few minutes away. Robert the owner came in the bus and demanded the driver not to wait even for 5 min. That same day after the hike at Namanga we were barred by the local tour guides from leaving the school where the vehicles were packed, they claimed there were some un paid arrears from previous hikes and they have been trying to get the payment but to no avail and this was the only option they had. We were delayed for over an hour and I was reaching home past midnight, no apology for inconvenience caused was offered by Elyzza tours. 2nd incident was on 23rd July a day trip to Thompson falls & Lake Olbolosat which is an hour plus from the falls, upon reaching the lake it was dried up, apparently the team didn't check up before making the trip, but what's more irritating is when complaints were raised on the WhatsApp group, they were just brushed off and the chats deleted by Robert and he deactivated anyone from posting on the group. Third and last incident was a hike to Kilimambogo. It was initially scheduled for 11th November, but due to the rains it got cancelled and rescheduled to 9th December. Upon checking on their WhatsApp if the hike was still on I was told that it was fully booked yet the whole week between 3rd - 8th December on their social media pages it was being announced that few slots were available. This I found to be so fraudulent as I had already paid a month back. I called several times to get answers but every time I was been informed that Robert will call back but he never did. Please be very cautious with this company and its unethical practices and extremely pathetic customer service.
