This is the worst Travel Tour EVER! We booked a bus from Siem reap to Phnom Penh at 9: 30am. They asked us to be ready around 9: 00am. We waited during 2 hours and nobody came. During this two hours we called the tour company 5 time with the help of our hotel to ask if someone will come to pick us at the hotel. They confirmed that the bus will come in 5 min. But we waited and called again, they still told us in 5 min. After this two hours we came back to the office to ask money back, they managed to give us the money. Next Time i will always watch the reviews and a mini van is more secure.
