I came here for repeat visit for pregancy check up. Just arrive not even 5mins, done the blood pressure and body weight check, while waiting for the queue to collect urine sample, suddenly received call saying I missed my appointment. What the hell is it, no any nurse came out to shout my name though and dont even have a queue number board in front of the urine sample collection site. Asked me to come on next week, hello! u think every pregancy women no need to work and have so much time in visiting?! I think Nuh really have to do something in preventing such case happen again, I believe Im not the only one facing same issue. It is totally not patient friendly, very poor system!
