Who ever owns this needs to really to either close shop or let the staff do their job. It seems they are micro managed in every little detail. I've heard screaming, ranting & yelling too many times to count as I live close by. Staff come and go like there's no tomorrow. I used go all the time, but the woman that seems to think she owns it, has no idea about customer service & just leave everyone alone and let them do their job and stop winging, complaining and yelling at everyone. Then she tries to butter everyone up by giving away free horrible coffee, but then over charges for dry, burnt pastries!
