I approached them in April to do a survey of the property I was looking to buy. They offer £150 full check or free visual inspection. I asked them to do a quick visual inspection to get a ballpark cost before commissioning the work. Whenever I called / emailed I was reassured that the survey would take place, and then that it had been done and the report was due. Two months later (having completed on the property) I find out they never even contacted the previous owner to arrange an inspection. Either they've been completely disorganised, or flat out lying to me. Either way not a good company to do business with.
