Hi all, Sorry to say this, Alternatively I visit Keerthi Bar In Palloor on all months.This last sunday 10.3.2024 i have visited there.I have a very bad experience from the staff from waiter side.Every time i make a bill around 1500 rs above. We ordered one full bottle brandy and one plate of beef kondattam.When we are taking drinks we need spicy kondattam , rite. They know that we want spicy kondattam, and every time we are ordering we used to say this. But Unfortunately they serve very sweet kondattam , without a single piece of crushed red chilli and it is totally cold.If we want to eat sweet kondattam , we can get this from any fast food.I asked about this , they have no answer to say.And I called the other waiter and let him to taste this , he agreed , this is sweet.Then i asked to bring ice cubes , same waiter he brought big pieces like mountain stones, how can we put in to the glass. He is breaking the big ice in front of we people with the ice plucker , and told we have this only, if you want you can take, the way of talking is very bad to the customer. So pathetic. Respected Owner Keerthi madam please appoint good and energetic waiters.if your firm name need to be no 1.Please take necessary action for this.u need to change old people in serving.
