I am cycle touring Japan. Bent my front wheel coming into Wakayama. Was in a hurry to catch ferry to Shikoku. Took bicycle to Austin Cycle and Austin gave my problem his full attention - trued the wheel, recalibrated the brakes, pumped tire and lubed the chain. The guy is a legend.
