Cheapest gym with updated Techno gym equipment, very helpful staff with a vision and attitude to help(since it is under new management, Monty helped me achieve my goals in 3 months which i couldn't in 2 years and all without a charge). Hygienic with ample parking in the parking lot behind the premises. Lot of weights and cardio. Highly recommend also it is open 24 hours.
